IAA Mobile Research

Similar to software design, we can help you understand your users, come up with the best design and information architecture for your mobile site, and/or study your product in one of our testing facilities.

Testing mobile devices such as phones, tablets, and eReaders requires special equipment and modified methodology. Since traditional desktop screen-capture software cannot adequately capture all mobile interactions, we use strategically placed cameras to record usability test interactions on mobile devices.

Our Role

All our studies are conducted in our customized usability labs. An important aspect of mobile usability is accessibility, which we take into consideration when testing mobile devices. We run task-based usability studies, obtain quantitative and qualitative data, and create comprehensive deliverables and recommendations that are straightforward and easy to understand. Whether your mobile device requires a usability study, usability evaluation, information architecture, user interface design, interaction design, or visual design, our team of Human Factors engineers will tailor to your specific needs.
